Terms of Engagement

1. Priority Processing Fee

A non-refundable fee of $150 USD is required to activate your case. This covers:

• Immediate assignment to a certified recovery specialist
• 24-hour case review and strategy development
• Access to our forensic tracing tools and partner networks
• Dedicated case dashboard with real-time updates

⏱️ Guarantee: Your case will be reviewed and assigned within 24 business hours of payment confirmation.

2. Success-Based Recovery Fee

If and only if funds are recovered on your behalf, BackMyBalance charges a success fee of 20% of the recovered amount.

• ✅ You pay nothing upfront for this fee.
• ✅ The 20% is deducted only after funds are returned to you.
• ✅ If no money is recovered, you owe $0 beyond the initial $150.

Example: If $10,000 is recovered, $2,000 is retained by BackMyBalance; $8,000 is sent to you.

3. What We Commit To

• Confidential handling of all case details
• Transparent communication (email/SMS updates every 72h)
• Use of legally compliant investigation methods
• Cooperation with law enforcement when appropriate

4. What We Cannot Guarantee

• 100% recovery of lost funds (depends on scam type, jurisdiction, timing)
• Prosecution or arrest of perpetrators (handled by authorities)
• Recovery from untraceable or offshore entities with no assets

5. Your Responsibilities

• Provide accurate, complete information about the scam
• Respond promptly to requests for documentation (e.g., transaction IDs, screenshots)
• Keep contact information updated
