Terms of Service

These Terms govern your use of BackMyBalance (backmybalance.com). By accessing or using our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

1. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old and legally competent to enter binding agreements.

2. Our Services

BackMyBalance provides:

  • Scam reporting and case intake
  • Expert-led investigation and fund recovery efforts
  • Real-time case tracking and support
  • Educational resources on fraud prevention

Note: We are a private recovery service — not a government agency, bank, or law firm.

3. Fees & Payment

  • Priority Processing Fee: $150 USD (non-refundable). Required to activate your case and guarantee 24-hour review.
  • Success Fee: 20% of recovered funds — charged only if and when money is returned to you.
  • Accepted methods: Cash App, PayPal, major cryptocurrencies (BTC, ETH, USDT), and wire transfer.

All payments are final and non-refundable except as required by law.

4. User Responsibilities

  • Provide accurate, complete, and truthful information.
  • Respond promptly to investigator requests.
  • Keep contact details up to date.
  • Do not misuse our platform (e.g., false reports, harassment).

5. Limitation of Liability

While we use best efforts, we cannot guarantee:

  • 100% recovery of lost funds.
  • Prosecution or arrest of suspects.
  • Recovery from untraceable, offshore, or insolvent entities.

Our total liability is limited to the amount of the $150 fee paid.

6. Termination

We may suspend or terminate access if you:

  • Breach these Terms.
  • Provide fraudulent information.
  • Engage in abusive or illegal activity.

7. Entire Agreement

These Terms, along with our Privacy Policy and Service Agreement, constitute the full agreement between you and BackMyBalance.

Important: Starting a case requires acceptance of our Service Agreement and payment of the $150 Priority Fee.
